Once your order is placed, items will be packed by us within 1-3 business days. After that, the delivery timeframe for Australian orders is 2-7 business days via Sendle. Otherwise, if you placed your order from overseas, items will be delivered within 9-27 business days.

If in doubt, feel free to take it to a professional for dry cleaning. Otherwise, you can delicately hand-wash with cold water & a mild detergent, and leave to air dry before storing somewhere with no direct sunlight and away from other harsh fabrics. Our silk scarves will come with care tags, which you can comfortably refer to.

Your Silkberry scarf will always come wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and a protective box. Otherwise, a breathable storage bag will suffice as a good storage option.
