Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy: As a small business, your satisfaction matters a lot more than you would think, and our customers will always come first. That's why, if the product is damaged, faulty, or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will be able to exchange or get a full refund on your order, as long as the below requirements are met:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and unworn, in its original condition and packaging. If evidence is found of the contrary (e.g. makeup stains, perfume, etc.), we will have to cancel your refund and re-deliver the item back to you, at your expense.
- Return or exchange should be initiated no later than 14 days post-delivery.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Process:
1) To initiate the return/exchange process, send us an email at support@silkberry.com.au with your order number and reason for returning or exchanging. If the return is due to damaged item(s), please include proof in the form of photos or videos.
2) If within the return window, and if eligible for exchange/return, we will provide you with our return address and further instructions.
3) Once your items are received at our location and fully confirmed as eligible, we will aim to have your refund processed within 14 days back to your original payment method (in case of return).
4) In case of exchange, we will cover the shipping of your item(s) of choice and you will only need to pay for the price difference, if any. The same dispatch & shipping times will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return or exchange your order for a direct refund. This applies to both domestic and international orders. It is advisable to get tracking on your shipment to us, as Silkbery will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
