Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders within Australia get a flat rate of $9.95. Buy 2 scarves or more to get free shipping on your order! Discount will automatically apply upon checkout.
- Order Processing & Shipping Times
Once you place your order, we will aim to dispatch your items within 1-3 business days. After dispatch, delivery may take 2-7 business days.
- Order Tracking
We use Sendle as our carrier of choice. This means you will get free tracking on all orders, as well as the option to give authority to leave, and a 100% carbon neutral delivery.
International Shipping Policy
All international orders get a flat rate of $19.95 (AUD). Buy 3 scarves or more to get free shipping on your order! Discount will automatically apply upon checkout.
- Where do we ship to?
At the moment we only ship to select countries and regions. The following areas are covered under our international shipping policy: New Zealand, Asia, European Union, United Kingdom, North America. If you belong to another region, we apologise as we don't have the capability yet to ship to you. Rest assured that we will be working on it :)
Please note that international orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange Policy: As a small business, your satisfaction matters a lot more than you would think, and our customers will always come first. That's why, if the product is damaged, faulty, or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will be able to exchange or get a full refund on your order, as long as the below requirements are met:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and unworn, in its original condition and packaging. If evidence is found of the contrary (e.g. makeup stains, perfume, etc.), we will have to cancel your refund and re-deliver the item back to you, at your expense.
- Return or exchange should be initiated no later than 14 days post-delivery.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Process
- To initiate the return/exchange process, send us an email at support@silkberry.com.au with your order number and reason for returning or exchanging.
- We will then provide you with our return address and further instructions.
- Once your items are received and confirmed as passing the requirements, we will aim to have your refund processed within 14 days back to your original payment method (in case of return).
- In case of exchange, we will cover the shipping of your item(s) of choice. The same dispatch & shipping times will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return or exchange your order for a direct refund. This applies to both domestic and international orders. It is advisable to get tracking on your shipment to us, as Silkbery will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
