Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
  • We offer both Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post.
  • Complimentary shipping is available on all Australian orders over $120 AUD.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3+ business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Complimentary shipping is available on international orders over $250 AUD.

At the moment we only ship to select countries and regions.

    All international orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

    You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

    Duties & Taxes

    International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
    These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

     

    Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

    Return & Exchange Policy: As a small business, your satisfaction matters a lot more than you would think, and our customers will always come first. That's why, if the product is damaged, faulty, or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will be able to exchange or get a full refund on your order, as long as the below requirements are met:

    • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
    • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and unworn, in its original condition and packaging. If evidence is found of the contrary (e.g. makeup stains, perfume, etc.), we will have to cancel your refund and re-deliver the item back to you, at your expense.
    • Return or exchange should be initiated no later than 14 days post-delivery.
    • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable.

    Return & Exchange Process

    1. To initiate the return/exchange process, send us an email at support@silkberry.com.au with your order number and reason for returning or exchanging.
    2. We will then provide you with our return address and further instructions.
    3. Once your items are received and confirmed as passing the requirements, we will aim to have your refund processed within 14 days back to your original payment method (in case of return).
    4. In case of exchange, we will cover the shipping of your item(s) of choice. The same dispatch & shipping times will apply.

      PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return or exchange your order for a direct refund. This applies to both domestic and international orders. It is advisable to get tracking on your shipment to us, as Silkbery will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
