Shipping & Delivery 🚚

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic: $9.95 flat rate; free for orders over $120 AUD
International: $19.95 AUD flat rate; free for orders over $250 AUD

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to New Zealand, Asia, the EU, UK, and North America. Other regions are not available yet. Please check if we ship to your country at checkout.
Taxes and duties may apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic: 1–3 business days for dispatch, 2–7 business days for delivery
International: 1–3 business days for dispatch, 9–27 business days for delivery

Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders use Sendle, offering free tracking, optional authority to leave, and 100% carbon-neutral delivery. You'll always know where your Silkberry item is.

Returns & Exchanges 🔄

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes! Returns/exchanges are accepted for damaged, faulty, or unsatisfactory items, provided they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with shipping costs at the expense of the customer.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email support@silkberry.com.au with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Include photos or videos if the item is damaged.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the items and confirm eligibility for return, we will aim to process the refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.

Who covers return/exchange shipping?

For exchanges, Silkberry covers shipping for your new item (you’ll only pay any price difference).
For refunds, shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using tracked shipping so your parcel reaches us safely.

Is it safe to shop with Silkberry?

Absolutely! All payments are secure and encrypted via Shopify Payments, so your information is protected every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, JCB, and Shopify Payments.
Afterpay is also available for all orders within Australia and lets you split payments into four interest-free installments.

Who is behind Silkberry?

Hi! I’m Michelle, the founder (and the entire Silkberry team). From packing your order to answering your messages, every part of Silkberry passes through my hands. By day, I work a 9-to-5; by night, I dedicate myself fully to bringing Silkberry to life.

Where is Silkberry based from?

Believe it or not, Silkberry runs out of my little apartment in Mascot, Sydney - where I live with my partner and our Shiba Inu, Saké. From packing orders to answering your messages, everything (except the manufacturing) happens right here at home.

How did Silkberry start?

The idea came to me while traveling across Asia, Europe, and Africa, where silk is part of everyday elegance. I fell in love with how a single silk scarf could elevate a look or last a lifetime. Back in Australia, I couldn’t find anything like it. So I decided to make it myself: timeless, wearable, and thoughtfully crafted silkwear.

What makes Silkberry pieces special?

Every piece is made from 100% mulberry silk, crafted in small batches, and designed to be durable, versatile, and effortless. From scarves to skirts to scrunchies, Silkberry brings everyday luxury to your wardrobe without breaking the bank.

Is Silkberry Made in China?

Our silks are made in small batches by certified manufacturers in China, the birthplace of silk, where centuries of craftsmanship meet modern sustainability standards. We solely choose manufacturers with OEKO-TEX and GOTS certificates to ensure the products you buy are free from chemicals and created ethically.
